About Titan CR Inc.
Titan CR Inc. is a licensed San Diego general contractor handling both residential and commercial construction. It was founded and is led by owner Brad Witmondt, who brings more than 30 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and public and governmental projects. That depth shows up on every job: Titan takes on ADUs, additions, full renovations, ground-up homes, and commercial builds, and manages each one with the same care we'd give our own property.
We're a lean, owner-led operation by design. Between Brad's three decades running projects, a lead foreman with 35 years in the trades, and architectural design and preconstruction in-house, the same core team carries your project from first sketch to final walkthrough. The plan you approve is the project you get: less overhead, faster decisions, and people genuinely invested in getting it right the first time.

President & CEO
Brad founded Titan CR Inc. and leads it as President and CEO, with more than 30 years of construction experience spanning residential, commercial, and public and governmental projects. He has built the full range, from custom homes and ADUs to commercial buildings, and he lives by a simple rule: no job is too big or too small, and Titan does it all. A San Marcos local, Brad earned his Bachelor's in History and his Master's in Education from Cal State San Marcos, and he runs the company with the same hands-on, get-it-right approach he expects on every jobsite. When he is not working, you will usually find him with one or more of his seven kids, at the beach, out on a hike, or volunteering around the community.
Senior Architectural Designer & Senior Preconstruction Manager
Chris holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, with 5 years of industry experience spanning commercial and residential design. He has led design and preconstruction on 25+ residential projects across San Diego County, with deep knowledge of local permitting and ADU regulations that keeps projects moving from approval to build without surprises. As Titan's lead for architectural design and preconstruction, he turns a client's idea into a buildable project before a single wall goes up: defining the scope, aligning the consultants, and structuring the plan so the build runs clean instead of becoming a string of change orders. Outside of work, he's usually on a golf course or behind a camera.
Senior Project Manager
Tony manages Titan's projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough as Senior Project Manager, the person who keeps schedules, budgets, crews, and clients all moving in the same direction. With years of hands-on experience running residential and commercial builds, he is the steady hand that turns the plan into a finished project, heading off problems before they become delays and keeping clients in the loop at every stage. Organized, calm under pressure, and relentless about the details, Tony makes sure every Titan job runs on time, on budget, and to standard.
Lead Foreman
Pat is Titan's lead foreman, running the crews and managing projects in the field to keep everything on track and on standard. With 35 years in the trades, he's the one making sure the quality holds up from first day to final walkthrough, and the guys know they can count on him to guide and support them start to finish. Focused and steady under pressure, Pat is the reason projects run clean on the ground. When he's not on a jobsite, he'd rather be fishing, if his wife would let him.
