About Titan CR Inc.
Titan CR Inc. is a licensed San Diego general contractor handling both residential and commercial construction. It was founded and is led by owner Brad Witmondt, who brings more than 30 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and public and governmental projects, from custom homes and ADUs to commercial buildings.
Titan is a lean, owner-led operation by design. Brad runs projects hands-on and stays accountable from the first walkthrough to the final one, so the plan you approve is the project you get: less overhead, faster decisions, and an owner genuinely invested in getting it right the first time.
